Bienvenue à Collage!

In Gothenburg’s most vibrant quarter, we’re finally opening the doors to a venue overflowing with history. Over the last 200 years it has been home to everything from a cigar factory to a wine vault and glass & porcelain shop. Now we’re writing a new chapter in the building’s history and opening a French-style brasserie. We promise dreamy drinks, a menu to die for and a buzz into the small hours.

Collage is the realisation of our dream of creating a place inspired by all the magical restaurant experiences we’ve enjoyed in cites like Paris, Lyon and New York – an exuberant meeting of Montmartre and the Meatpacking District.
